About this item

Tired of sore blisters and slippery grips when lifting weights, cycling or doing outdoor training? These half finger sports workout gloves solve this common pain point for fitness lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

What Are These Half Finger Workout Gloves

These are lightweight, breathable half-finger fitness gloves built for daily training and outdoor sports. Designed for users who want palm protection without losing fingertip dexterity, they balance grip security and flexibility perfectly.

Material & Fabric Details

Main Fabric

The main body uses high elastic polyester fiber mesh material. The hollow mesh structure greatly boosts air circulation, releases sweat quickly and keeps your palms dry, ideal for hot summer workouts.

Palm Reinforcement

The palm area adopts thickened liquid silicone shock-absorbing pads. The raised silicone structure fills gaps between palms and fitness gear, increases friction to stop slipping, and cushions impact to avoid calluses and abrasions.

Size & Fit Guide

These workout gloves come in three standard sizes: M, L, XL. The adjustable hook-and-loop wrist strap lets you tighten or loosen the glove to match different hand circumferences, locking the glove in place and stopping it sliding during intense movement. A small pull tab at the finger opening helps you take off the gloves fast without ripping the seams.

Suitable Scenarios & Users

They are versatile for gym weight lifting, cycling, hiking, fishing, camping and general outdoor training. Perfect for fitness beginners, regular gym-goers, bike riders and outdoor adventurers. Whether you are doing dumbbell training or long-distance riding, they reduce palm pressure and improve control of equipment.
